HCM Implementation Team Members are responsible for assisting our customers with scoping, design and implementation of their iSolved solution (e.g. payroll, time and attendance, benefits, HR and payroll business processes). As functional experts, they lead the customer in the build, testing and implementation of their SaaS solution.
 
Responsibilities
• Lead new customers through iSolved implementations, ensuring the customer's policies, employee data, payroll, and HR business processes are configured accurately.
• Create and manage project plans and teams to ensure project deliverables and customer launch dates are met.
• Partner with other teams to ensure all customer needs are delivered through an integrated implementation approach.
• Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate issues as needed to ensure the customer's needs are met and the implementation process schedule is maintained.
• Prepare customers for post-implementation self-sufficiency by delivering iSolved system training as part of the implementation process.
• Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the implementation process by providing feedback and sharing ideas that will increase customer satisfaction, drive efficiency or enhance our technical capability.
• Build solution, customer and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate internal and external resources.
• Some travel (less than 10%) may be required.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated functional business process knowledge
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English
• Requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with sensitive information
• Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
• Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Software implementation experience preferred but not required
