This Global Future Leader role will report to the Executive Director, Centralized Ops. You will be part of team that works closely with regional Services Operations teams on planning and operational activities, driving alignment of processes, execution tracking and governance, developing tools, systems and reporting platform. This position provides you an opportunity to learn about different aspects of the business, defining and deploying new tools, solutions and processes globally. In this role, you will focus in Business Analytics and data science. You will excel in this role if you have strong Business analytics and Data Science skills. We are looking for proactive leaders who are driven by challenges and motivated to work in a very dynamic team environment.

Here's the scope of Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to extract, resolve, and unify information of various types from numerous disparate data sources.
- Develop and Operationalize Advanced Analytics Models using data from different sources to solve Business Issues and provide valuable insights
- Coordinate and build scalable, stable, and efficient applications to collect, organize, manipulate, analyze and present information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Create best in class Visualization/dashboards/Reports with Digital Transformation and Operations team
- Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
- Develop predictive and forecasting models to support proactive decision making, Infrastructure optimization through big data analysis, Planning algorithms and accuracy optimization
- Perform ad-hoc analysis giving compelling presentations to diverse audiences (business areas, technical areas, senior leadership, etc.)
This position is located in our RTP (Morrisville, NC) US Corporate headquarters (once it's safe to return to the office).

Position Requirements:

Specific Role Requirements:
- Excellent ability of data analyzing, summarizing, logical thinking and self-learning.
- Good knowledge of current statistical/machine learning methods and market leading data analysis tools and platforms
- Ability to convert complex data into easy-to-understand data insights and action plans
- Proficiency with tools used to analyze data (SQL) and develop statistical analytics solutions (Python, R, or SAS)
- Experience using data visualization tools like Qlik, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI
- Working experience in R, Python, SAS, SQL, QlikSense, PowerPoint

Global Future Leader REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor or Masters Students graduating in 2020 and 2021 that are completing a degree in Technology or Business Management disciplines
- GPA: 3.3 minimum
- Visionary spirit with thought leadership with a passion for technology and innovation
- International expertise (study abroad, internships)
- Willingness to work from Beijing-China, Chicago-IL, Raleigh/Durham-NC, or countries in European and Asia Pacific Regions.

- Program Start Date: July 2021, can be flexible based on graduation date
