Business and Finance Internship

Job Description
  • Supporting proposal development for future launches
  • Streamlining processes
  • Auditing internal functions to ensure the continued health of our company
  • Analyzing cost trends to plan resource needs and decrease future costs
  • Supporting one or more experienced business professionals in performing assignments, learning about daily operations through shadowing opportunities, and performing projects while experiencing the daily workings of the business functions critical to the aerospace industry
  • Interns may perform and/or participate in additional activities/events which help them build a strong network within the ULA community and with fellow interns

Your Background: What education and experience you'll need
  • Must have completed at least a second year of college or university by the time of the summer internship assignment.
  • Must have a minimum college GPA of 2.90 on a 4.00 scale at the time of application; cumulative, no rounding. NOTE: An unofficial transcript is required if you are invited for an interview. We recommend you upload it to your profile when you apply.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and motorized vehicle transportation if assigned an internship in Alabama; California; Florida; Pueblo, Colorado; or Texas. For Denver, Colorado and Washington, DC, motorized transportation is recommended.

Required Skills
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business related field
  • Must have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Must have effective communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
