What you’ll be doing:
This position is responsible for analyzing the customer experience in digital channels to understand what features and functionality drive value for the business.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about all the functions within the Digital Experience Analytics team and understand how analytics drives development decisions
- Profile customers and analyze purchase behavior and functionality usage on digital platforms
- Work with online and offline data to understand digital performance in context of the overall business
Requirements:
- Major in a quantitative discipline (analytics, predictive analytics, math, statistics, economics, etc.) or business major with quantitative concentration. Bachelor’s candidates (rising seniors) considered
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to apply analytical skills in a business environment
- Desire to learn about web development from an analytical perspective
