TEMP/PROJECT BASED POSITION: Web and Marketing Assistant
Description:
This is a temporary/project-based position. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic person to help us with all aspects of website design across three websites: traditionsinwood.net, timberworkstoys.com and americantoyworks.com.
These businesses ventures including custom cabinets for the local market and wood toys for a national market. We want to streamline our websites and corresponding store carts. Additionally, position would maintain sites which would include updating plugins, adding pictures, add posting new content, etc.
We also need position to promote multiple web sites and market across many e-commerce platforms like Etsy, eBay, Amazon, etc. These businesses ventures including custom cabinets for the local market and wood toys for a national market by creating/uploading pictures of products, creating good content, organizing listings and streamline business platforms to improve sales.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate would possess a strong knowledge of marketing strategies as well as tech skills, including: Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop and other software platforms for making/editing photos and videos. Also needs strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, and other software tools for photo editing and video creation.
Schedule & Pay:
Hours needed to work are flexible and amount of time required to work a week is a minimum of 8 hours. Pay starts a $11 per hour but could be more depending on experience and ability to get the job done in a professional and efficient manner.
