Part-time Recruitment Assistant

American Outdoor Brands located here in Columbia, MO has an immediate opening for a part-time Recruitment Assistant. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Interacting with managers, employees, and vendors to schedule meetings, book events, request quotes and other activities

  • Providing excellent customer service to all business areas and employees
  • Supporting the executive and HR team with reporting and building presentations as needed
  • Booking travel and making guest arrangements for the company including airlines, hotels, and restaurants

Successful candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration required. Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are required. Experience with ADP Vantage and ADP Recruiting Management preferred.
