Student IT Technical Position

MU Operations is looking to hire a qualified student for an IT technical support position.

This duties of this position will be to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity. 

Duties will include:

-         Provide answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps

-         Working with full time user support team in assisting users with various software and hardware issues

-         Imaging of computers and installation of software

-         Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates

-         Deliver and set up of computers and printers

Applicant must have excellent customer service skills and strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills. Applicant must have a valid drivers license, ability to lift computer workstations and printers, and strong English language proficiency.

 

The applicant must be able to work 15-20 hours per week between the hours of 7:30 and 4:30 M-F. Work schedule is flexible around class schedule.
