Donor Relations Administrative Assistant

This part-time position is one that supports the Administrative Services Manager at a non-profit history museum and culture center. The primary responsibilities will be correspondence and recordkeeping with regard to several hundred donors and constituents. A typical shift will include answering phones, writing acknowledgement letters thanking constituents for their contributions, tracking museum store sales, file keeping, and producing mail merge print jobs.
The employee must possess excellent writing skills and utilize excellent grammar and punctuation in their writing. Qualified candidates will be asked to test to measure their writing skills.
The work atmosphere is fun and relaxed but a high level of courtesy and professionalism is expected.
Punctuality and reliability are absolutely required.
