Analytics Assistant
The Analytics Assistant is responsible for the day-to-day dashboard maintenance (internal and external) of client reports, as well as transactional data. They are expected to bring a data-driven approach to marketing campaign reporting and provide insightful analysis to the internal team.
In this role, you will
- Design client and reporting dashboards for internal and external use
- Conduct deep-dive in campaign data to provide optimization recommendations and analysis for an assigned portfolio as needed
- Work closely with the internal team on various campaigns to provide analysis and data storytelling for clients
- Maintain Tableau data visualization dashboards on daily basis
- Actively participates in training across multiple platforms
Requirements
- Must be a self-starter that takes personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing, and sales analytics
- Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, organized and analytical
- Must have intermediate Tableau experience
- Superior skills with Excel and/or other software to leverage statistical analysis
- Ability to problem solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles
- Able to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines
- Must have or be working towards a Bachelor's or Master’s degree; concentration in marketing, statistics, business or computer science preferred, or equivalent professional experience
