Account Representative

Shaffer & Associates is a locally-owned collections agency, utilizing a customer service-based approach to collections. We have part-time positions open and we often employ students. Schedule is based off of your availability (most provide a class schedule). Basic skills/abilities required/preferred: basic Excel; typing (35-40wpm; basic computer; communication; and, dependability. Training provided. Casual environment. Monthly bonus and incentives.
