Energy Management - Student Assistant Tech III (Energy Conservation)

SOPHOMORE / JUNIORS LEVEL ENGINEERING STUDENTS ONLY

WORK UNDER DIRECTION OF MANAGING ENGINEER
FOR ENERGY CONSERVATION PROJECTS AT UNIVERSITY OF MISSOURI.

GREAT JOB EXPERIENCE.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Create HVAC control drawing using AutoCAD
  • Control system database setup to include points, trends, alarms, user views and graphics
  • Fault detection analysis to generate maintenance work orders
  • Analyze energy conservation projects
  • Create equipment lists from project mechanical drawings
  • Some Campus field work

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Mechanical or electrical engineering student
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel
  • Able to work 10-15 hours per week during the semester
  • Preference will be given to Sophomore/Junior willing to work multiple years
  • Possible for students to work through the Summer break and Summer Session
