Embroidery Production Associate

The Embroidery Production Associate will fulfill customer requests for personalized goods by embroidering garments using the correct logo rendered with exceptional quality. The primary responsibility of this position is to embroider, hoop, and trim garments. Qualified applicants should have some prior sewing or embroidery knowledge.
You must be able to handle a deadline-driven production schedule while providing great attention to detail, ability to work with computer systems, and the desire to create accurate garments for our customers.
Essential Job duties and competencies:
- Use an embroidery machine (ZSK 6 head) to embroider garments with a high degree of accuracy
- Trim materials and backings on logos to provide a perfect and clean look to the embroidery
- Use a computer to input names for personalization
- Clean and make small adjustments to the embroidery machine as needed
- Fold completed garments
- Assist with shipping and receiving garments when necessary
- Demonstrate regular attendance and timeliness
Education and Experience
- Computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is a must
- Must be 18 years of age
- A high school diploma or GED is preferred
