PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES
This role will manage the day to day operations for the Nivea Skincare business in the U.S. This includes budget management, marketing program execution, innovation development & roll out, and business analysis.

In this role, the candidate will:
  • Support the Senior Brand Manager in executing elements of the strategic Nivea Skincare plan.
  • Perform category monthly business analysis demonstrating a deep understanding of brand performance.
  • Assist in the development of innovation pipeline for Nivea business, the annual marketing plans in line with brand vision and financial objectives. Work with Agency and Internal partners on execution of Activation programs, FSI’s, PR, digital/social media, and shopper marketing programs.
  • Partner with sales and go-to-market team to develop winning strategies and sell-in stories for retail accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional team meetings and projects with Agenda, Minutes, Action items.
  • Manage annual Marketing budget, creating POs and reconciling budget. 

 REQUIREMENTS
 Seeking candidate with:
  • 1-3 years of experience in brand management on consumer products. Experience in Skincare, Personal Care or Beauty/Cosmetics a plus. 
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication ability
  • Cross-functional team leadership and project management experience 
  • Must be results oriented, have strong analytical skills and be a team player. Someone with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion to drive brand growth. 
  • Must have strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Must be able to manage complexity, work collaboratively, and in a fast paced, diverse environment including working with global teams across different time zones
