Float Facilitator & Support Staff
We are looking for a special someone to join the Clarity Team! Priority is given to people with clear communication skills, established wellness routines, attention to detail, and a demonstrable capacity for taking initiative!
We are a local business that provides flotation and Infrared sauna therapy, as well as massage therapy and high quality CBD products. A one-stop local shop for all things restful and restorative! This job combines customer service with a lot of cleaning. Expectations for all team members include the following:
• Cleaning float tanks and float rooms inside and out
• Front desk customer service, answering phones and emails, scheduling appointments, taking payments
• Coaching first timers on how to float or use the infrared sauna
• Continuously cleaning and maintaining the shop and its equipment.
• Closing the shop and having it fully prepared for the opener.
• Opening the shop and having it fully prepared for morning floats.
• Daily laundry upkeep
Wage starts at $10.30/hr with immediate opportunities for raises.
