Curriculum Editor Summer VISTA
GGO Summer VISTA members will be responsible for building the capacity of Gateway to the Great Outdoors (GGO) by: (1) re-developing and editing the GGO's curriculum, (2) aligning GGO's curriculum state standards and MAP testing, and (3) enhancing GGO's volunteer-mentor training. As a result of the VISTA members’ service, GGO will continue to expand its educational initiatives in underserved schools, thus helping to further GGO’s mission of alleviating educational inequality and environmental injustice that contributes to the cycle of poverty.
