BCBA Autism Program Supervisor

As a BCBA/Autism Program Supervisor you would work as a member of the multidisciplinary treatment team providing therapeutic services to our clients diagnosed on the autism spectrum while also leading a team of BCBA's behavior technicians and contracted staff. You would provide administrative and clinical supervision for assigned staff and oversee all operational and administrative duties related to the autism program services.

Examples of Essential Functions include but are not limited to:
  • Provide direct behavioral services to children on the Autism Spectrum and their families
  • Assess challenging behaviors to identify function
  • Create appropriate, function-based behavior intervention plans
  • Create sill acquisition programs for clients and train staff/parents to implement them
  • Work closely with clients and families to achieve behavioral goals which may include toileting and hygiene instruction
  • Completes authorizations for client enrollment in ABA program
  • Provide orientation training, supervision and professional development for staff
  • Provide and document supervision of behavior technicians in accordance with the BACB ethical standards
  • Effectively collaborate with other departments, programs and agencies, demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills, writing skills and skills required for oral presentations

Requirements
  • Possess an understanding of CPT code billing and handle claim denials in an effective and timely manner.
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university in behavioral analysis, psychology or related degree is required.
  • Must have BCBA credentials or be approved to sit for BACB exam and receive credentials within three (3) months of hiring.
