About the position
M6P Therapeutics is looking for a Research Associate to join our Cell Biology team. Reporting to the Director, R&D the successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team working to develop gene therapies for the treatment of various Lysosome Storage Disorders (LSDs). This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic company developing meaningful, best-in-class therapies to address unmet medical needs at an early stage.

What you’ll do
- Work with internal groups to develop new generation enzymes for lysosomal storage diseases
- Help to maintain different cell lines including diseases cell models
- Conduct in vitro cell studies (cellular enzyme uptake, enzyme activity assay, immunofluorescence, and western blotting)
- Thoroughly document experiments and communicate results across program groups.
You should have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences or related field
- Interest in rare diseases work
