National Non-Profit Support

Amazing opportunity for a high caliber graduate student (or high performing undergraduate, junior/senior) looking to add some diverse experience to their resume while learning the inner workings of a national non-profit organization committed to improving the health of communities through research.

We are seeking 1 part-time employee for the summer (and possibly fall). We offer fairly flexible hours Monday-Friday between the hours of 9-6. This employee will be scheduled to work approximately 8-12 hours per week. This is an in-person position and the applicant will need reliable transportation.

Responsibilities may include administrative support for the following areas of the organization:
  • Administrative support for the Executive Director
  • Calendar management
  • Mail management
  • Errands
  • Task follow-up
  • Meeting minutes
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Scanning documents
  • Office move management
  • Events planning support
  • Office maintenance coordination (supplies, vendors, organization, etc.)
  • Coordinating support tickets with IT
  • Board of Directors and committee participation
  • Website content support
  • Drafting documents
  • Copyediting (not required, but may be offered to qualified candidates)

Requirements:
Enrolled in college (junior, senior, or graduate), positive attitude, high-energy, detail oriented, self-starter, excellent verbal and written communication, team oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:
$17/hour
