Session Coach
OsteoStrong (OS) is for all people of all ages. Whether you are an athlete wanting to gain a performance edge, a grandparent wanting the strength to enjoy time with grandkids, or a Diabetic who wants to improve their blood glucose results, OS is for you. Our offering is built on the Spectrum System, a set of 4 high impact loading machines that stimulate the skeletal system to build bone density, thus improving muscular strength and balance. This is done through a process known as Osteogenic Loading, which in turn activates your body's natural adaptive response resulting in osteogenesis or bone density building. We call this the "Ultimate Biohack" which uses one's own body to rebuild bone density and body strength. The OsteoStrong experience is completed in about 60 seconds of effort during a 1x/week visit. Qualifications for the job:
Minimum one completed year of college.
Experience:
