Store Manager

Looking for a store manager for a family opened retail boutique. Need someone that loves fashion , highly energetic and has prior management or sales experience.

A main goal in this position is to meet your store’s goals, as well as company targets to maximize profitability. You will be required to perform many roles each day; be a strong leader, motivate, build and educate your team. As the leader you will be a role model to your staff and delegate tasks which will allow them to learn from you and grow their skills and knowledge.

Other areas of responsibility include visual merchandising, loss prevention, sell cost control and development of team members.
