Lifestyles Page Designer

Lee Enterprises is looking for a visual journalist who enjoys bringing entertainment and lifestyles coverage to life on the printed page. In this role, a Lifestyles Page Designer will be able to use his or her skills in features presentation, graphics reporting and visual editing, while producing high-quality print content for Lee’s network of publications.

Ideal candidates are deadline-oriented creative thinkers with a clever and sophisticated visual perspective and a well-curated bag of design tricks. Strong communication skills, effective time management and comfort with InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator are required. Previous experience with and a passion for newspaper design and/or graphics production is preferred.

The position is full-time, with primarily Monday through Friday daytime hours and is based in our Design Center offices in either Madison, Wis., or Munster, Ind.
