On-Air Sports Reporter Intern (Fall Unpaid Internship)

Job Description: The student will be responsible for pitching various sports news stories to the sports director and reporting on various news stories for the newscast. That includes finding the story, reporting on the story and editing the story. Intern will also report on sports stories via social media pages.

What You Will Learn: The student will learn how to search for stories in the sports world. You will also learn how to pitch stories to the sports director, how to edit a sports news package and how to have good on-air presence.
