AVID Tutors facilitate Tutorials comprised of small groups that are subject area specific. AVID Tutors assist students in achieving their full potential through collaborative tutorial groups. Tutors use Socratic questioning and collaborative learning techniques to help students come up with answers to their questions on their own and by working with fellow students.
