Graphic & Web Design Intern

We’re looking for a driven marketing student passionate about design to participate in an internship at Lift Division in Columbia, MO. Instead of going on coffee runs and making copies, you’ll be creating and developing marketing for a wide variety of clients while gaining valuable marketing agency experience.

Opportunities include, but are not limited to: digital design (website graphics, social media content, display ads, etc.), print design (guides, sales collateral, flyers, etc.), website design & modifications and brand development.

Must be working on a degree in a design field (strategic communications, web design, graphic design, or similarly related field)

• 10-15 hours per week

• Attention to detail, excellent written communication skills and proofreading skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

• Passion for small & local businesses in Columbia, MO

• Preference is given to juniors or seniors at the college/university level

• Must be able to submit a portfolio of work

• Photography, social media, web design or video experience is a plus but not required

Lift Division is driven by the passion for recognizing emerging talent in Columbia, MO. The scope of work is graphic design and web design based, and we treat the interns as if they are full-time team members. This means a lot of responsibility and exposure to work that is important to Lift Division and critical to our clients success.

This internship is in-person with work hours and schedules tailored to each individual. Remote candidates will not be considered. This internship is paid and can count towards college credit when applicable. Lift Division is dedicated to fostering and retaining talent. Lift Division interns will be strongly considered for part-time or full-time employment opportunities if available.
