Trading & Investing Development Program

Are you looking to break into the financial services industry after graduation with a company that has a global reach? Would you like to have a company compensate you to study & pass your Series 7, 63, or 66 licensure exams? If so, consider joining the Wells Fargo ICC licensing training program as a Trading & Investing Trainee!

The licensing training program prepares you for a role as a Trading Service Representative or Investment Resource Consultant in our Investment Contact Center. We’ll provide you with online training, classroom instruction, and other activities that will prepare you for a business development career in the financial industry. You’ll receive coaching, resources, and development opportunities to help you pass the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, and then obtain your Series 7, 63, or 66 licenses within the provided training time.

After you have successfully completed the full-time structured training program and obtained the appropriate registrations, you will transition to a full-time role in the ICC’s Brokerage Services Group. You will build relationships with clients and help fulfill their brokerage needs. Upon transition of taking up to 180 days to pass your licensure exams, you will receive a compensation increase from a a rate of $47K per year to $55-70K per year + continued full Wells Fargo benefits.
