Assistant Teachers assist the Head Assistant Teacher in assisting the Head Teacher through classroom and behavior management.
LPE Programs
Below are brief descriptions of the programs we offer for children aged 18 months through fifth grade. As a member of our team, you will be placed within one or more of these programs.
Toute Petite Section (TPS): TPS introduces students to very basic academic concepts and initial social skills.
Petite Section (PS): PS introduces students to basic academic concepts and further develops social skills.
Moyenne Section (MS): MS expands students’ individual knowledge base of academic concepts and social skills and begins preparing students for Kindergarten. Families can add the Afternoon English Program for further enrichment.
Grande Section (GS): GS further develops students’ academic concepts and social skills and prepares students for Kindergarten. Families can add the Afternoon English Program for further enrichment.
Elementary Program: Elementary students refine, strengthen, and deepen their knowledge of age-appropriate traditional academic subjects. We offer two sections: Kindergarten - 2nd grade and 3rd - 5th grade. Students explore social and cultural topics to broaden their understanding of the world around them and receive individualized, one-on-one direct instruction correlating to their personal skill level.
