Rookie 2022 Summer League Internship - Human Resources

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.
 
To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate between December of 2022 and June 2023.
 
Potential Placement Areas:
Talent Management  
Talent Management Rookies may support projects related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Teammate Engagement and Performance or Leadership Development.  
 
HR Business Partner 
HRBP Rookies focus on support tasks or initiatives related to the full talent lifecycle within a designated business unit from building talent strategies, to organizational design and effectiveness and act as a liaison between business leaders and HR specialists like Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development and DE&I.   
 
Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) 
The DE&I Rookie will support Under Armour's global diversity, equity and inclusion strategy & initiatives. They will work closely with Under Armour’s nine Teammate Resource Groups and continue to build an equitable workplace for our teammates and to support the communities where we live and work. 
 
HR Shared Services  
The Rookie on the Human Resources Shared Services team will: 
  • Help implement key teammate metrics and dashboards to train and coach teammates 
  • Attend trainings and key functional leader meetings to align on hiring and teammate goals  
  • Help the team build pipeline strategies across organization 
 
Total Rewards 
The Total Rewards Rookie will assist in supporting teammates & projects in all aspects of end-to-end relocation, compensation and benefits programs. This Rookie will be on a team responsible for delivering a strategic total rewards and talent mobility program that attracts, develops and retains employees while ensuring internal equity and compliance. 
 
These opportunities might appeal to students with majors such as: Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or Communications.
