Rookie 2022 Summer League Internship - Product & Merchandising
As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.
To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate between December of 2022 and June 2023.
Potential Placement Areas:
Footwear Development
Footwear Development Rookies support the product creation execution strategy by interacting with merchandising, manufacturing, design and sourcing. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Engineering, Industrial Design, or Product Development.
Sourcing
Sourcing Rookies support our teams with sourcing strategic activities, cost modelling and analytics for UA’s material supply chain. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Supply Chain, Analytics, Business, or Economics.
Materials
Materials Rookies support our team in testing new materials and communicate with factories or internal stakeholders. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Materials, Textiles or Polymer and Fiber Science/Engineering.
