Field Assessment Interviewer

Overview

Knowledge Services is seeking to hire multiple contract Remote Field Assessment Interviewers for a six-month survey project. 
 
Although this position is fully remote, applicants must reside in Missouri for travel to survey participants within their local area.
 
In this role, you will review appointment information on an iPad, contact individuals via phone to confirm appointment dates and times and administer surveys telephonically if requested by survey participant, travel to survey participants homes or other facilities and administer the survey via iPad in-person if requested by survey participant, and document the obtained data into a database system. This project will allow you to demonstrate and further develop your verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and database management skills. In addition, it will provide an opportunity to grow your professional network and potentially open the door to future career opportunities within the organization. 
 
Compensation Details: 
$17.50 Hourly Rate
$50.00 per full day worked (non-taxed) for travel expenses
A bonus can be earned for successful completion of the full six-month assignment of up to approximately $2,000



Responsibilities

  • Reviews upcoming schedule via iPad
  • Contacts survey participants via phone to confirm appointment dates and times and explain the benefit of completing the survey
  • Administers survey telephonically (if requested by survey participant) and documents survey responses via iPad
  • Travels to survey participants homes or other facilities and administers the survey in person (if requested by survey participant) and documents survey responses via iPad
  • Coordinates with Research Analysts proactively for completed surveys, changes to schedule or updates while completing the survey with survey participants
  • Enters obtained data accurately and completely into a database system 
  • Demonstrates a patient, professional, and helpful demeanor over the phone


Qualifications

  • Strong technical literacy and experience working on iOS devices required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required
  • Must have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Emotional intelligence is key - you'll need to demonstrate patience and empathy to the individuals with whom you are speaking
  • Must have flexible approach while completing surveys with survey participants
  • Must present a professional appearance
  • Must have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
