Landscape Designer

Our team specializes in landscape projects of all sizes for both residential and commercial customers in the St. Louis and surrounding areas, who desire to bring more curb appeal to their homes and businesses. With a fun and laid back atmosphere, we can help you grow as a landscape designer and salesperson.
 
We are currently seeking a recent college graduate with a specialized degree or interest in Landscape design, landscape architecture, or horticulture to add to our already professional market-established team to continue to keep up with demand from existing and new customers. Candidates with labor experience seeking to move into design and sales, with or without a degree, would also be considered. Desired candidate must have an interest in outside sales in addition to an eye for design and current industry technical skills to create and present landscape ideas to customers. Training will be provided but a basic knowledge of the industry is strongly preferred. 
 
Detailed responsibilities include:
DESIGN
  • Meet with customer and review project scope
  • Produce site specific drawings based on customer meeting using Adobe Suite programs. Open to allowing the use of other industry design software.
  • Create job proposal for installation and costs
SELL
  • Present plan and proposal to the customer with supporting imagery and material information
  • Follow-up on customer questions and concerns
MANAGE
  • Produce and schedule project purchase orders
  • Schedule project installation
  • Review project onsite with the Foreman
  • Make daily site visits for project review
  • Continue customer support throughout the project all the way to project completion and invoicing
  • Produce Job Cost upon completion of project
REQUIREMENTS
·        Bachelors degree in related field, preferred
·        Basic industry knowledge 
·        No sales experience necessary
·        Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft Word and Excel
·        Self-starter, personable, confident, creative
