Berry Household - Personal Care Attendant Friday Mornings, On Call, and Possible Weekends
Job opportunity as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) located in downtown Columbia, MO:
I am looking for a female PCA to assist with daily activities on Friday mornings, on call, and possible weekends. Job responsibilities may include:
- Assisting me with transfers to/from wheelchair
- Meal preparation & light cleaning
- Personal care
- Transportation to/from recreation & leisure activities
- Grocery shopping
- Care of canine companion
Hours are flexible, and pay starts at $10.50/hr on weekdays and $14.25 on weekends. Raises are possible.
Qualifications:
Applicants must be flexible and able to work in team environment.
Must me respectful and reliable.
Able to obtain a chauffer's license
Able to pass a background check.
Woodhaven will provide training to become CPR and CPI certified (if not already).
This position runs through 2 agencies, and applicants much sign up with both. I will provide this information upon interview.
Advantage Home Care on Weekdays: starting pay is $10.50
Woodhaven on Weekends (every other weekend) starting pay is $14.25
