Job Summary 
The Campaign Analyst reports to the Vice President of Measurement and Advanced Analytics. This role is a hybrid role encompassing the responsibilities of both analytics and ad operations to support Blue Chip clients. 
As part of this role, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing a variety of digital campaigns at the agency. This includes the development of reporting templates, as well as mid-and post-campaign reporting, analyses, optimizations, and recommendations across the full spectrum of digital media (display, paid social, video, email, SEM, website analytics, coupons, etc.). You will help develop and contribute to our data platform Thread, through setting up data pipelines, completing QA activities, and developing dashboards for our clients.
Additionally, this person will oversee the entire digital ad operations process across all digital media, and supporting inter-departmental activities. Working closely with several digital strategist, buyers, project leaders and analysts to manage campaigns with tasks including but not limited to: IO creation, billing reconciliation, campaign/ad tracking set up, providing clients with ad unit requirements, and ad serving duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•   Actively participate in campaign measurement kickoff meetings with strategists, client leadership, and creative team members
•   Analyze client campaigns by partnering with digital strategists, client leaders, and other cross-functional team members to deliver our clients with actionable insights regarding performance of campaign and return on investment
•   Create data pipelines in thread® along with custom dashboards to deliver insights
•   Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects when needed
•   Verify impressions/view/click billing from vendors against ad-server totals to ensure accuracy
•   Manage working relationship with 3rd party ad servers (display and video) and become fluent in their capabilities, processes, requirements and workflow
•   Setup, send, monitor, troubleshoot digital media ad trafficking within 3rd party ad servers (Flashtalking, Campaign Manager 360, Integral Ad Science, MOAT)
•   Serve as a go-to resource for digital media serving and monitoring best practices by keeping on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations. 
•   Actively participate in campaign setup related kickoff meetings with publishers and media providers
•   Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting projects when needed
•   Receive and process all digital media invoices and reconcile
•   Maintain & explore relationships with external vendors and media partners
•   May assist and participate in media buying exploration tasks

•   Comply with all corporate and departmental standard operating procedures as well as FDA and other governmental regulations (e.g., IRB, EC).
•   Ensure all activities and operations are performed in compliance with regulatory and federal regulations.
•   Responsible for maintaining up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy.
•   Managers are responsible for ensuring that your direct reports maintain up to date weekly time tracking, per the Agency’s time tracking policy.

Education, Experience and Certifications
•   Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
•   Minimum 2 years’ advertising/media agency experience
•   Media trafficking experience and strong knowledge of digital media fulfillment a plus
•   Programmatic media experience a plus
