Public Relations Coordinator

Crawford Electric Cooperative is seeking a highly qualified individual to join our team as a public relations professional. A person in this role will create and implement public relations and marketing programs to promote and enhance the co-op's mission, products, and services. Such programs will require creativity and skill at event planning, public speaking, community engagement, and media relations. 

Qualified applicants will have at least two years of relevant experience demonstrating exceptional writing skill and effectiveness in strategic message development, community outreach, digital and social media, and marketing. Proficiency using MS Office is expected; experience with audio/video production, digital marketing and/or Adobe Creative Suite would be a plus. A bachelor's degree in public relations, strategic communications, journalism, or marketing is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
