Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) - Nevada - Sign-On Bonus!

Invo Healthcare is developing an IMPACT team in Las Vegas, NV and we are looking for a dynamic
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team. We are reaching out as we believe your skills could be a great match to join our team! 
 
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus or $1500 referral bonus.
 
Responsibilities
Invo provides the opportunity to partner with exceptionally talented peers at every level. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with the IMPACT team to incorporate best practices into the diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and service delivery process.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Working with youth who have had exposure to aversive childhood experience
  • Administering therapeutic interventions and the following modalities: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Seeking Safety in individual, family, and group settings
  • Collaborating with families, school staff and administrators to ensure youth’s success
  • Complete and maintain session notes, monthly progress reports, as well as treatment planning
  • Ensure all services are performed in accordance with state laws and regulations
  • Supporting the team in crisis management and de-escalation
  • Attending Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings to offer insight to student progress
 
Requirements:
  • Current Nevada state licensure in a related mental health field
  • Experience working in the school setting, with child and adolescent populations is preferred
