Internship Overview
Our 10–14-week summer program is designed to give college students workplace experience prior to graduation and enhance their education. Our program is focused on preparing students for their careers while providing valuable contributions to our company. Compana Pet Brands interns work in a dynamic and collaborative culture that helps students gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the consumer-packaged goods industry.

Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time internship position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Actual hours may vary by position and business needs. Consistent and regular attendance is required as an essential job function.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. Compana Pet Brands is committed to providing ongoing flexible work arrangements to best meet the needs of our employees and business. Work location and hours will be agreed upon between the intern and manager.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role that primarily involves sitting.
