After School Program Supervisor

Program Supervisor is responsible for daily oversight of the Legends After School Program and will be responsible for supervising 20 or more elementary age children; and planning and implementing a variety of recreational, academic, physical, cultural and social enrichment opportunities and activities in a fun and safe environment. The Program Supervisor is responsible for the safety of all participants and will provide proper behavioral guidance/discipline if needed. Program Supervisor will also oversee and be assisted by 1-4 Program Attendants during the program hours, as well as manage the check-in/check-out procedures, Must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. Excellent written and oral communication skills; effective leadership and management skills; organization and multi-tasking skills are preferred. Experience managing youth programs, after school programs or teaching is preferred. CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain certification required.
