Support Desk Intern

The Support Desk Intern will assist the Execution Services team in delivering excellent support to our clients.

We have a strong team that works well together and collaborates to provide outstanding customer service. If you enjoy the fast-paced environment of financial services and have a passion for continuous improvement and customer service, this is the place for you. Our paid Internships are 10-12 weeks in duration during the summer.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Set up and administer online access to our web applications
  • Communicate and guide clients with an active transition project
  • Create reference guides for Support Desk items to be utilized internally and externally
  • Assist in gathering and presenting metrics
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Works well in team environment and individually
  • Detail orientated
Experience/Other Requirements
  • Pursuing a four-year degree
  • Overall GPA of 3.0 or higher
