Director, Creative Services & Production (Hybrid)

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director, Creative Services & Production will be a key member of the broader Marketing team, developing strategic brand assets to attract and engage fans, driving ticket/premium/retail revenue and fulfilling sponsor obligations. This position sets the standard for creative and production excellence and leads a team of graphic designers, videographers and motion talent to fulfill internal creative requests for multiple brands and platforms.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
  • Set the graphic standards and uphold them.
  • Educate clients and partners on proper usage of the brand guidelines
  • Be the face of the department that clients reach out to with questions, ideas and creative requests
  • Work with internal clients to identify business needs and develop the creative brief
  • Work with Marketing leads (peers) to ensure creative development is consistent across all channels
  • Manages the creative process from concept to completion ensuring creative and brand standards are met on all projects
  • Manage the workload for the creative team to maximize the productivity and quality of work
  • Develop and mentor creative team staff to help them identify and meet professional goals
  • Implement industry best practices, tools, and processes for creative development, production and operations
  • Identify and secure a dependable list of vendors and partners finding efficiencies
  • Build vendor relationships to ensure best pricing and quality product with DE&I focus in mind
  • Ensure all projects are on time and on budget
  • Keep the team up to date on latest trends in design and technology
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 10+ years in creative leadership
  • A proven track record of global brand governance
  • Experience producing creative assets at a grand scale
  • Successful client relationship experience
  • The ability to work collaboratively within a large organization
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience in sports brand and uniform design beneficial
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Travel Requirements: Will be required to travel on occasion (<20% travel)
  • Physical Demands: This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Work Environment: The incumbent primarily works in an office environment, however, is expected to attend events that may take place on weekends and holidays.
