Inside Sales Professional – Ingredient Trader

We are looking for an individual(s) with strong communication skills who is high energy, self-directed, and results oriented. You will be trained to source various ingredients from suppliers and sell them to customers in the feed and food industries. You will build relationships with our established account base while cultivating relations with new companies. Traders work closely with our logistics team to arrange the transportation for each transaction. As part of a great team of traders, you will buy and sell ingredients globally, and trade with people both inside and outside of the company.

 

We hire individuals who want to make trading in this industry their career of choice. This business and industry are unique, so the majority of our training is “on the job” learning. Cereal Byproducts is an excellent company with a strong industry reputation, and many of our employees have been with us for decades.

 

Our compensation for an entry level ingredient trader starts at up to $60,000 per year base salary. We pay you this amount as you learn the business and build your supplier and customer base. We provide

a generous commission structure, and an experienced trader can earn well into six figures after only a few years. We provide health benefits, 401K and profit-sharing plan benefits, and company ownership.
