Administrative Assistant

Due to our company's growth, we are seeking a part-time ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for a leading healthcare executive search firm based in Columbia. This team member will handle correspondence, input data, conduct research online, and enjoy working closely with peers. Additionally, he/she plays a key role in assisting the President with executive searches. Excellent work environment, flexible hours, and competitive pay.

Looking to hire for a part-time position during weekdays (M-F only). 

Successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills. Must have basic experience in using Microsoft, Google Suite (includes Gmail, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, etc.), and LinkedIn.

This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested in healthcare administration, management, or other health related fields. 

Prefer a student who can start immediately and work for multiple semesters. Great opportunity to be a part of a high quality organization, while learning and developing skills in the healthcare leadership world.
