Direct Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports to: Vice-President of Marketing
Purpose:
Sydenstricker Nobbe Partners, Inc., a 28-location family-owned John Deere dealership group based in Missouri and Illinois, is looking for a full time Digital Marketing and Social Content Specialist. This position is responsible for various marketing duties on social platforms as well as updating website content. The ideal candidate will be an independent self-starter with a passion for marketing plus any agriculture & creative background would be useful in this position.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create graphics in Canva, content and update website on Word Press format.
- Provide recommendations and create website landing pages for overall user experience to optimize conversions.
- Perform data analysis on digital ads & Google Analytics.
- Create content and post on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Work with products team to update pricing and promotions on a regular basis for website and company app.
- Respond to Google and Facebook reviews/ comments and optimize listings with photos/content.
- Shoot and edit video with drone and GoPro.
- Create monthly company newsletters on Constant Contact.
- Any additional duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
- Undergraduate college degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing and/or Web Content Management.
- Strong communications, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work within a goal-oriented team and to complete multiple projects in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience with graphic design and social video editing programs.
- Knowledge of Facebook ad placement.
- Proven understanding of Google Analytics.
- Work with agency on providing images and graphics for social campaigns.
- Good communication skills with employees and customers.
- Manage calendar for social media posts on Loomly.
- Create ideas for content development based on company needs.
