Job Description
Looking for a dependable, hardworking and trustworthy individual to help maintain a large urban farm just 1 mile straight west of Jesse Hall off of Stewart and West Blvd. Having recently purchased the property, I am in need of help keeping up on mowing, trimming, brush removal, general clean up after storms, planting new flowers/shrubs and other landscaping projects. Hours can be flexible, however there may be Saturdays or Sundays that I request your help for planned projects.
Qualifications
Must know how to operate a lawn tractor, weed trimmer, chainsaw and other yard tools and have the availability to mow within a day of when homeowners ask for the lawn to be mowed. Being able to lift 75# is a requirement for dragging brush and vines. Vehicle, bicycle or other transportation to get to work is a must. You must have proper work attire for outside work such as shoes and clothes that you do not care if they get dirty or ruined. As a farm kid myself, I encourage others to apply. Regardless of your upbringing, if you have the skills and work ethic required, please apply.
Application instructions
Please text your interest in the opening to Brad at 573-514-5570 and allow 24 hours for a response. Include your first and last name and any past experience or reasons why you feel you are a fit for this opportunity.
