Marketing Specialist

As an integral team member, your role will encompass a diverse range of key responsibilities, requiring a commitment of at least 20 hours per week:
  • Customer Interaction: Responsively addressing customer inquiries and providing effective solutions to technical questions.
  • Order Management: Efficiently processing sales orders and collaborating seamlessly with accounting, manufacturing, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Digital Content Ideation: Collaborating to generate innovative ideas for digital content across diverse platforms, including websites, product imagery, social media, and online marketplaces.
  • Marketing Material Support: Assisting in the development and enhancement of compelling marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Visual Content Enhancement: Contributing to the creation and refinement of engaging product images and videos.
  • Engaging Presentations: Skillfully conducting captivating product demonstrations and engaging client presentations.

Qualifications and Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Keen Attention to Detail: Ensuring meticulous quality across all tasks.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Proficiency in working harmoniously with cross-functional teams to build positive relationships.
  • Results-driven: A performance-oriented mindset focused on achieving impactful outcomes.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Photoshop.
  • Effective Presentation: Ability to convey information convincingly to groups and respond to queries from peers, supervisors, and managers.
  • Fluent English communication skills, enabling seamless interaction.
