Customer Support Representative

Foliotek: Growing Competent, Passionate Professionals.

As a critical member of our Support Team, you will be expected to help users navigate their Foliotek accounts via phone, chat, and email. Our team will help you strengthen your professional development goals like critical thinking, professional communication, initiative, teamwork and resourcefulness throughout the year to help you transition these skills to your future career. We care about your success in the workplace! We also have a deep appreciation for eating Harold’s Donuts, office days with Derby, and Dad Jokes that we’re hoping you will enjoy as well.

Foliotek is a Web application used by colleges and universities around the country for assessment of students and personal branding used for job placement. We believe every person has unique potential to make a positive impact on the world. This belief is our motivation to support improvements in education and to reimagine the pathways to professional growth and development. Our team is committed to help educators develop future generations who bring value to their communities and to the world.

Availability: 

  • Able to attend training sessions during the Fall 2017 semester
  • Will work around class schedules for the Spring 2018 semester and beyond
