Hybrid schedule (In office every Tuesday and Thursday).

 

Description:

Major purpose:

  • Under minimal supervision, develops and authors advertising materials of moderate complexity for a global customer segment. 
  • Serves as primary contact with factory marketing to help lead and direct communication efforts for their assigned segment.

 

Major duties:

  • With minimal supervision, provides advertising communications expertise; serves as day-to-day contact to initiate, develop, produce and deliver advertising jobs; develops, presents, revises advertising plans for approval.
  • With minimal supervision, develops advertising campaign themes for approval and then writes copy, ensuring that copy meets style and quality standards.
  • Gathers and reviews information on products and market segments from a variety of sources, including customer research, customer testimonials, dealer visits, and farm show visits.
  • With minimal supervision, monitors and recommends advertising to effectively reach target customers. Determines media groups for ads to provide consistent messages while maximizing media budgets.
  • Helps coordinate, attends and directs photo/film shoots to provide proper visual approaches consistent with the brand image and customer requirements.

 

Description:

  • Seeking an organized writing professional to work in a team setting supporting creative development and writing of marketing content. 
  • Job entails close partnering with creative designers, multi-media designers, and marketing professionals to deliver high quality and effective content to Customer and Dealers. 
  • Individuals in this role provide guidance to advertising agencies, graphic design firms and internal designers to create advertising layouts. This role develops materials for varied media including print, television, radio, and digital media.

 

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft™ Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Planner, OneNote) – Must Have
  • Strict attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation – Must Have
  • Ability to create effective narrative outlines and brand compliant outputs based on briefs, go-to-market objectives, and goals set forth through account planners – Must Have
  • Experience as writer or copywriter in a marketing setting preferred – Must Have
  • Experience with design and writing/layout tools/software
  • Have brand management/marketing experience (preferred)
  • Have project management experience (preferred)
  • Have experience working and communicating within a fast-paced team environment (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively to keep tasks progressing while adhering to strict review and approval steps
