This part-time role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for youth sports and excel in communication. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to coaches via phone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outreach and Engagement: Make outbound calls to youth sports coaches to inform them and encourage them to recommend talented young athletes.
• Building Relationships: Establish and maintain positive relationships with coaches, effectively communicating the value and prestige of the event.
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage coach responses.

Qualifications:

• A genuine interest in youth sports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a knack for persuasive conversation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping.
