LPN Trainer Palmers Home Care LLC | Full Time

As a Training Coordinator at Palmer's Home Care, LLC, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to spreading knowledge and ensuring the professional development of our team members. If you're enthusiastic about creating a positive learning environment, organizing engaging training sessions, and nurturing growth, then this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Program Management: Plan and organize training classes, ensuring they are scheduled 60 days in advance. Collaborate with our Director or Executive Trainer to finalize schedules.

Curriculum Development: Assist in creating engaging training strategies, initiatives, and materials in partnership with our Executive Trainer. Your role is pivotal in crafting effective learning resources.

Facilitate Training Sessions: Co-lead training sessions and warmly welcome new team members alongside our Executive Trainer. Be the master of ceremonies in our learning environment.

Performance Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of employee performance and learning, providing constructive feedback and guidance.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software to enhance the training experience.

Effective Communication: Foster open communication with all levels of management to ensure alignment and collaboration among team members.

Time Management: Showcase your multitasking skills by efficiently managing time and maximizing productivity.

Preparation Excellence: Prepare meticulously for certification and training classes, ensuring all necessary resources are in place for success.

Problem Solving: Analyze challenges and strategize innovative solutions, continuously improving our training methods.

License Maintenance: Maintain personal licenses related to the materials you teach, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN or RN License
  • Certifications: Level one Med Aid and CPR/First Aid
