Client Service Manager

Job Description

Moneta is actively seeking Client Service Managers to join our financial advisory teams.  In this role, you will develop and build relationships with our clients through frequent interaction, providing dedicated service to meet client needs.  As a Client Service Manager, you will work alongside the team’s Advisors and Partners on a wide range of projects focused on clients' needs.  Qualities that will help you flourish in this role include organization, flexibility, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.  In everything we do, we focus on our clients and their needs to deliver the best possible experience.  Moneta provides the opportunity for long-term career growth and professional development as you learn the foundational knowledge of wealth management.  

Essential Responsibilities

  • Assisting Advisors and Partners in daily operations and developing a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures
  • Researching unique and complex situations as they arise
  • Establishing a rapport with clients as a trusted liaison between the client and Advisors
  • Implementing Advisor investment recommendations via trading through Financial Custodial Systems
  • Coordinating account transfers and confirm cost basis information for incoming assets
  • Populating and maintaining systems data and client files
  • Verifying client account cash balances, generating and reviewing monthly available cash report
  • Working directly with third-party Custodians and Advisors to meet critical deadlines and industry cut-off times

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
  • 2-3 years of work experience
  • Ability to come into the office on a regular weekly basis (hybrid work schedules are available, however this position is not remote)
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
