Associate Financial Planner
Full Time - In Office The Role: Client Review meetings: Assist in preparation, execution and follow up from client review meetings.
New Client Onboarding: Assist with the generation of financial plan for new clients along with taking notes in all meetings, generating new account paperwork and tracking incoming transfers. Investment Portfolio Management: Over time become proficient in trading to assist in executing trades, rebalancing, and taking ownership in all client money movement requests.
Client Services: Promptly respond to client needs. Assist with account maintenance, quarterly billing, and coordination of scheduling client meetings. Team Participation: As a team-oriented firm, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a team environment. Desired
Background, Skills & Attributes: 4-year degree in finance or related field and have been or want to work towards an additional credential such as CFP, CPA or CFA. Comfortable using or learning to use various software, including a CRM (Wealthbox), Financial Planning (eMoney), Custodial Platforms (Fidelity), Performance Reporting (Tamarac), etc.
Ensure prospects and clients experience first class client service and feel confident that we have their best interest at heart. Unquestioned integrity in personal and professional activities. Highly motivated, adaptable and intellectually stimulated. Comfortable interacting with clients in person and via phone/email. Team oriented and comfortable wearing many hats in a fast-paced organization.
Compensation and Benefits: Salaried position of up to $60,000 along with an annual bonus of up to 10% of your salary. 401(k) with up to a 4% company match. Group Life and Long-Term Disability coverage.
