Location: Hays, Kansas
Salary: $64,145 annually

Job Summary:
In this impactful role, you’ll play a pivotal part in guiding our clinical teams, elevating program quality, and driving innovation in mental health and addiction services. Working closely with the Director of Clinical Programs, you’ll provide both administrative and clinical leadership for the CCBHC Program. Your key responsibilities will include shaping and refining service delivery, ensuring top-notch care, and fostering positive outcomes for the clients we serve. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the oversight and direction of CCBHC clinical programs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Providing administrative and clinical supervision
- Supporting the development of clinical staff and ensuring adherence to best practices
- Enhancing patient outcomes through innovative care models
Qualifications Summary:
- Advanced degree (Master’s or Doctorate) with a Kansas BSRB license in Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Experience in Community Mental Health or related fields.
- Eager to embrace new challenges and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams through change and innovation.
- Prior supervisory and managerial experience.
- Preferred background in project management for driving successful initiatives.
- Tech-savvy and dedicated to leveraging technology for continuous improvement and efficiency.
